🔔 TTD Rolls Out Same‑Day Darshan for Srivani Devotees
The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) has launched a trial run (Aug 1–15, 2025) offering same-day darshan for Srivani (Srivari Trust) ticket holders—a significant relief to devotees who previously waited up to three days for darshan.
Under the new scheme, offline Srivani tickets issued at Tirumala will be available starting at 10 AM daily on a first-come, first-served basis. Devotees are required to report at Vaikuntam Queue Complex‑1 by 4:30 PM the same day for their break darshan. Online ticket holders for visits up to October 31 retain their 10 AM slot, while from November 1, all Srivani ticket holders—online and offline—will follow the evening slot system.

🤝 Why TTD Changed Timing
TTD officials highlighted that devotees often arrive a day early and wait overnight for darshan. This new evening slot aims to:
- Reduce overnight waiting
- Improve crowd flow and accommodation availability
- Provide more flexibility to pilgrims and Srivani donors
🎯 What Srivani Darshan Means
- Donors contribute ₹10,000 to the Srivani Trust
- ₹500 is paid for the VIP break darshan ticket
- Initiated in October 2019, the scheme funds temple construction and maintenance in underdeveloped regions
📋 Key Insights from Officials

- Deputy EOs Lokanatham & Venkataiah, along with GM Sesha Reddy and IT Deputy GM Naidu, were part of the review briefing approving the new schedule.
